Advanced Technique for Working with Negative Thoughts
When you become aware of strong negative feelings, identify the thought that is causing them. Play with wording to see which phrase has the strongest charge. Then say the phrase and spray around your auric fields. Some people will benefit from spraying toward the heart chakra or chest area. Make sure to include the back.
Most clients will feel the strong emotions lifted and the statement no longer true for them.
If negative emotions still remain strong, ask yourself when the first time was that you experienced this thought. One Heart One Mind Spray has the tendency to help people draw out and identify the initial event around which the negative thought was formed. This thought is an underlying core message that causes the upset feelings. Repeat the process of identifying the negative core message, then spray while speaking the message out loud.
For some people, the negative statement naturally changes into positive one. If this does not happen for you, rephrase the negative thought into a positive statement, e.g. rephrase “I will never be successful.” into “I will be successful.” Then spray while stating the positive statement.
