Ways to Use the Sprays
There are several ways to that you can use the spray
• By set schedule, e.g. three times a day. • Whenever you experience a negative feeling or unpleasant memory. • When you have a negative thought. The best way to work with negative thought is to repeat out loud the negative statement while applying the spray around your auric field (please see video). Also repeat a positive version of the same statement. e.g. "I feel guilty when I don't do homework right away." a positive version of is would be "I don't feel guilty when I don't do homework right away." Verbalizing the thought engages different areas of the brain and results in a more complete release. Some find it helpful to write down their negative thoughts before they use the spray. Find one statement that triggers you most and apply the spray. Please see Five Questions for further information on changing stubborn beliefs. |
