Calm & Clear is a processing spray.  It works to gradually release and neutralize the root causes of the uneasy feelings.  The initial sprays will bring instant calm and peace to you, while later sprays may help bring out and release stuck issues underlying the uneasy or anxious feelings.  When this happens, just spray one more round to neutralize the feelings. 

Note 1: 
Calm and Clear is excellent for people who are more analytical and/or less in touch with their feelings.  It helps them gradually become aware of their emotions.

Note 2:
We had two experiences at shows working with people who were prone to anxiety.  We asked what their anxious thoughts were and the circumstances that triggered it.  We asked them to repeat that thought out loud and imagine themselves in those places (airplane or elevator).  In both incidents, their thoughts were neutralized, and they stopped feeling anxious in about one minutes.  We are not certain how long the effect lasts or the long term effect would be for those individuals.  Further research are required.
